WARRANTY -  DISCLAIMERS

DIRECT AFFORDABLE COMPUTER SERVICES is a reseller of computer products manufactured by others. As such, warranty coverage on any product purchased by DIRECT AFFORDABLE COMPUTER SERVICES is subject to the terms, conditions, and availability of such warranty through the manufacturer.

Subject to the limitations of this warranty, during the first year of warranty DIRECT AFFORDABLE COMPUTER SERVICES will administer warranty claims at no cost to the customer. Proof of purchase of the product from DIRECT AFFORDABLE COMPUTER SERVICES within the one-year period is required at the time of warranty.

After the first year, any warranty coverage offered by the manufacturer is to be resolved between the customer and the manufacturer.

You the consumer are entitled to the manufacturer’s limited express warranty, if any, that accompanies the product(s). DIRECT AFFORDABLE COMPUTER SERVICES makes no additional or independent warranty. Any and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including the warranties or merchantability and fitness of a product for a particular application are disclaimed. DIRECT AFFORDABLE COMPUTER services shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profits, even it had been advised of the possibility of such damages, the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product(s).
